Delete your account
If you still have the app, you can do this yourself in a few seconds and nothing has to go through us.
In the app
- Open onul
- Tap your character to open YOU, then the gear for Settings
- Your account → Delete account
It takes effect immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
If you have already removed the app
Email onul-support@googlegroups.com from the address you signed in with, or tell us the ID you chose. We will delete the account within 30 days and write back when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and the email address attached to it
- The ID you chose
- Which of the ten characters you are
- Every connection, request and block involving you
Nothing is kept afterwards. There is no archive and no backup copy held for our own use.
What was never ours to delete
Your birth date, time and place were stored only on your phone and were never sent to us. Deleting the app removes them. Deleting your account from inside the app clears them too.
